I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were ready to help me with anything I needed, from calling a taxi to providing directions to the nearby ADCB metro station. The hotel is conveniently located close to a small shopping center with a supermarket, making it easy to grab any essentials I needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities were great. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were always friendly and cute.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location in Bur Dubai district was perfect for us as it was close to the Burjuman Mall and Spinneys grocery store, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The apartment I stayed in at Xclusive Hotel was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and pillows that provided a good night's sleep. Despite a minor issue with the microwave door, the amenities were well-maintained. The price for a two-bedroom apartment was affordable for our group of six, making it an excellent value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with a grocery shop nearby for all our needs. We were also close to a mall and the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and clean, with amenities like a hairdryer and iron provided.
The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. We encountered dirty bed sheets with black spots and even saw cockroaches in our room.
